When an agent does something surprising, you need a flight recorder. Build a logger where each agent step (prompt, tool call, transaction) is hashed, signed, and anchored onchain in batches. An explorer replays the timeline, highlights where the agent went off-course, and proves the log wasn't edited after the fact.
